Heart's Embrace Oxymel Kit
Herbal ingredients only – just add raw honey and apple cider vinegar
This DIY kit includes a carefully selected blend of dried herbs designed to support emotional balance and heart health during times of recovery, especially postpartum. The recipe is inspired by a meaningful gift received after childbirth—simple, steady care you can make at home.
Each kit includes pre-measured dried herbs for one quart of oxymel:
Motherwort – traditionally used to support mothers through physical and emotional changes
Yarrow – encourages mental clarity and helps maintain healthy boundaries
Hawthorn (leaves, flowers & berries) – known for heart support and easing tension
Rose Petals – offers gentle, calming support for the nervous system
Rose Hips – rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, helping nourish and strengthen the body
How to Make an Oxymel: Add the herbs to a clean quart-sized glass jar, then cover with equal parts raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar (not included). Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 6–8 weeks. Stir or shake every few days. Once infused, strain and bottle.
How to Use: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily—on its own, in water, or stirred into herbal tea. A steady, natural way to care for yourself during postpartum, emotional fatigue, or seasonal shifts.
Not suitable for pregnancy.
