Meet Lucy
I’m Lucy — a Catholic herbalist, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and mama of two. Since 2014, I’ve been crafting herbal remedies for my family and friends, drawing on years of hands-on experience, a love of healing, and traditions rooted in nature.
Meadowdale Apothecary grew naturally from this passion. Friends would ask for herbal kits every time I mentioned a fresh batch of elderberry syrup. After years of dreaming, praying, and careful planning… here we are. Welcome to my apothecary. Welcome to my home.
Each remedy I create reflects the same care and integrity I offer my own family. Using nutrient-dense ingredients from trusted farms and faithful hands, I craft everything with purpose, prayer, and purity — from soothing teas to nourishing tinctures.
When I’m not blending herbs or preparing remedies, you’ll likely find me homeschooling my children, tending our garden, sewing something useful, cooking with local ingredients, or serving in church life. I also teach cooking and nutrition classes at Talitha Koum Wellness, helping postpartum mamas rebuild strength through ancestral, faith-aligned nourishment.
