Welcome to Meadowdale Apothecary
Rooted in faith. Crafted with care. Herbal Remedies inspired by God’s creation — to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Welcome, friend.
I’m so glad you’re here! Meadowdale Apothecary was born out of a love of God’s creation — the healing herbs He placed all around us — and the joy of tending to body and soul through simple, sacred care.
Here you’ll find handcrafted herbal teas, balms, and blends made to nurture your family and bring peace to your daily life. Each remedy is a small reflection of the beauty and goodness our Creator provides.

Limited Release for October:
Rosa Mystica
Herbal Tea Blend
To honor October’s Marian devotion, we are releasing a limited batch of Rosa Mystica Herbal Tea Blend - a gentle floral tisane featuring organic rose petals, chamomile, and lemon balm. It is ideal for quiet moments of prayer, perhaps while praying a decade of the Rosary and meditating on the life of Christ through the eyes of His mother.

Meet Lucy
I’m Lucy, a Catholic herbalist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and mama of two. Since graduating from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2014, I’ve been crafting herbal remedies for my family and friends—born from a love of healing, rooted in tradition.
Meadowdale Apothecary began organically: friends would ask for herbal kits every time I mentioned a fresh batch of elderberry syrup. After years of dreaming, praying, and carefully planning… here we are. Welcome to my apothecary. Welcome to my home.
Each remedy I create reflects the same love and integrity I offer my own family—made with nutrient-dense ingredients from trusted farms and faithful hands. From soothing teas to nourishing tinctures, everything is handcrafted with purpose, prayer, and purity.
When I’m not in the kitchen or blending herbs, you’ll likely find me homeschooling my children, tending to our garden, sewing something useful, preparing a meal with local food, or involved in church life. I also teach cooking and nutrition classes over at Talitha Koum Wellness, where I help postpartum mamas rebuild their strength through ancestral, faith-aligned nourishment.
