Return & Refund Policy

Each order is prepared and packaged in small batches with care and prayer.Because many of our products include herbs, foods, bath preparations, and personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products or products that cannot safely be resold. However, if something isn't right with your order, we want to know.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.If you would like to request a return of an unopened, unused product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back.Returns must be approved before being mailed. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.Unless the return is due to an error on our part, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, when possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or your package appears to be missing, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control, but we'll work with you to address legitimate shipping issues.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Meadowdale Apothecary.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once preparation or fulfillment has begun.Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Natural Product Variations

Our products are made with natural botanical ingredients, so variations in color, aroma, texture, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.These natural variations do not, by themselves, qualify a product for a refund or replacement.
