Thank you for supporting our small, faith-filled business. Every item from Meadowdale Apothecary is handcrafted in small batches with prayer, intention, and care. Because our herbal products are made fresh and designed for personal use, we have special policies to ensure quality and safety.

  • Due to the nature of our products — including teas, oils, balms, and bath blends — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our studio. This helps us maintain the highest standards of purity and product integrity for all our customers.

  • We take great care in packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@meadowdaleapothecary.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

    We’ll review your message promptly and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

  • Because many of our items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you contact us quickly after checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production or shipping begins.

  • If a refund is approved due to damage or an order error, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
