Each Meadowdale Apothecary order is prepared by hand with care and prayer. We do our best to package your herbal goods carefully and get them on their way to you as promptly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During busy seasons, sales, and product launches, processing may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience as each order is prepared with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders $60 and over.

Most domestic packages arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package from our little apothecary to your home.

Local Pickup

If you're nearby, local pickup may be available as an option at checkout.

You'll receive notification when your order is ready along with pickup information.

Packaging

We use new, clean packaging materials to help protect the safety and quality of your herbal goods. We aim to keep our packaging simple and thoughtful while maintaining the integrity of your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

We want your Meadowdale order to arrive safely and as expected.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—or, for a missing package, within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, photographs when possible. We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

International Shipping

At this time, Meadowdale Apothecary primarily ships within the United States.

If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before ordering to see whether shipping to your location may be available.
