Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During seasonal sales, product launches, or special feast days, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience as we prepare each herbal goodie with attention and care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We use simple, weight-based shipping to keep rates fair and predictable:

  • Orders up to ½ lb → $5.95

  • Orders ½ lb – 1 lb → $8.95

  • Orders 1 lb – 2 lb → $12.95

  • Orders 2 lb and over → $18.20

  • Orders $60 and over → FREE U.S. shipping

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Most domestic packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, you may choose local pickup at checkout when available.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out via our Contact Page to see if special arrangements can be made.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package’s journey from our little apothecary to your home.

Packaging

We use new, clean packaging materials to ensure the safety and quality of your herbal goods. Our approach is minimal and eco-conscious while maintaining the integrity of your order.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@meadowdaleapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll gladly help make things right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
