This blend’s floral, earthy notes provide a soothing experience in every sip, offering a moment to relax and restore. A thoughtful addition to your daily routine, this tea supports your well-being and helps you regain strength and balance during the postpartum period.

To Brew a Cup of Tea

Boil 8 ounces of water and pour over 1 tablespoon of dried herbs. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Sweeten with raw honey or add a wedge of lemon, if desired.

To Make an Overnight Infusion

Place herbs in a mason jar and add boiling water. Cover and let steep for several hours or overnight. Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Enjoy cold over ice or gently warm for hot tea. Sweeten with raw honey or add a wedge of lemon, if desired.

How to Make a Tincture from a Tea Kit

Add contents of tea kit into a clean quart jar. Pour an 80-proof alcohol (such as vodka or brandy) or food-grade glycerin over the herbs until they are completely submerged and there is about an inch of alcohol above the herbs. Cover the jar with parchment or wax paper and a tight-fitting lid and store it in a cool, dark place. Shake the jar gently every day to help extract the beneficial compounds. Let the herbs infuse for 4–6 weeks for maximum potency. If using glycerin, allow at least 3–4 weeks. After steeping, strain the tincture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Transfer the liquid into a dark glass dropper bottle for easy use. Clearly label your tincture with the ingredients and date. Store it in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness.
